Tuesday 4th August,2020, it’s just the mid of unbearable dog days for the past week in Shijiazhuang, when people normally prefer stay static rather than keep dynamic, our relocation project march into the critical period.
At present, we have relocated 78 sets facility to new actuators and packing workshops, with another 40 sets is ready to be relocated; we have removed around 50 sets equipment to new couplings workshop, with another 70 is sets ready to removal. We carry out facility relocation scheme while upgrade and rebuild them to the new workshop, so the overall relocation schedule upon the speed of upgrade and rebuild progress.
When I entered the new workshop, I saw the production was going on in a tight and orderly way, and our equipment mechanics and electricians serve as "relocation pioneer army". I think "fighting the heat summer" is the most appropriate description for their hard work.
As you can see in the photo, our electricians climbs up and down to set up power wiring, other workmates provide support and supply, each of them perform their duties.
As you can see, sweat permeated mechanic’s clothes at back, his uniform painted with stratus clouds pattern by sweat, we don’t know how many sweats wet and dry again leave this.
Face the relocation task, up to the facility maintenance director，down to each common staffs，all of them conscientiously perform duties on their post in obscurity.
At the vertical lathe zone of new couplings workshop, mechanic and workshop leader is talking about the installation of vertical lathe cover.
There are also many of those scenes I cannot shoot: heat rash around some workers’ neck, too much walking leads blister grows on some workers’ foot. When I saw master Li, our overhaul mechanic, who is dismantle equipment at the abandoned workshop, his neck full of heat rash also stained with black charcoal sludge, I feel overwhelming heartache that beyond my control. As well, females are as excellent as their male peers, many women workers working as hard as two women worker shown in the photo.
Thanks to all of you hard works, our canteen chefs boiled thick green bean soup as a remedy. In such heat summer, nothing is better to relief the thirsty and heat than green bean soup. One big bucket of thick soup, but caring is thicker than soup!
This is our staffs: take on the relocation task, set store by overall interests, always performed their duties, no matter how hard and tired, never retreat.
Looking at those familiar faces, remind me the lyrics in the praise song “For Whom”…Wet his back with sweat…who are you, for whom… who is the most selfless and contribute workmate…
Our staffs answered with their sweated clothes, they are the “relocation pioneer army” and they are “the guardians of the facility”.
To ensure all facility safely operation in order and both relocation and production running smooth, their heart is filled with enthusiasm, they are selfless and no regrets!
