On July 15th 2020, I went to the new CAPT facility and saw the basic construction has already completed. What impressed me the most is the brightness and spaciousness of the space, the advanced environmental-protecting material of the ground, and the clear marking lines.
In Gear-operator Workshop and Pulley & Bushing Workshop, some equipment has been installed and tested, meanwhile the old equipment is upgraded to improve the precision and steadiness so as to improve the quality of products. At present, the first set of machine tools of the gear operator had been debugged and will be trialed tomorrow. This is the first set of test machine in the new CAPT facility!
In order to ensure ventilation and cooling in summer and provide workers with a relatively comfortable environment, the new facility workshop purchased the large industrial fan with a diameter of seven meters at a cost of 11,500 yuan per piece. Its advantages are: large coverage area, low speed, low energy consumption, the airflow generated by the fan is designed according to the characteristics of the human body, the 7.2-meter diameter fan can generate a horizontal airflow of 2.7 meters deep on the ground, which can give people a full range body feels of the high-efficiency natural breeze. It completely overturned the shortcomings brought by traditional fans, such as high speed, high energy consumption, small coverage area and the fact that the strong wind makes the body feel oppressed and irritable.
