On Wednesday 4th, Nov, 2020, The relocation of the new factory will focus on the infrastructure of the West District and office building. Considering the impact of the virus this year on the construction period, all processes are now rushing for construction schedules. For this reason, the original plan is disrupted. Cross construction will start ahead of schedule for any project that can be stationed to ensure that the official relocation starts on December 25th.

The main body of the new office building has been completed basically, and the information center has begun to dig trenches and wiring. The exterior wall and interior wall decoration are in progress.

Two-fifths of the new plant in west district workshop is leveling the foundation, three-fifths has finished or is making concrete floor. The fire protection installation is on site. The doors and windows have been purchased and are to be installed.

The specific time schedule for the relocation of the west district workshop:

November 30th, 2020. Factory building, ground, water and electricity heating, fire fighting.

December 13th, 2020: The heat treatment workshop can be partially relocated.

December 24th, 2020 : Projects that can be cross-constructed in advance: power workshop: responsible for high-pressure bridges; preparation workshop responsible for cranes: office responsible for high-pressure air pipes; deputy chief equipment engineer responsible for equipment.

January 31th, 2021: The relocation of the precision department, heat treatment workshop, preparation workshop, and finished product processing workshop has been completed.

March 31th,2021 : The relocation of the Customization Department, Standard Department, Maintenance Workshop, Metrology, Physics and Chemistry Room, and Departments has been completed.

All departments are required to formulate "specific relocation plans" and report to the relocation headquarters group before November 7. The purchasing department guarantees that the materials will not affect the installation schedule. At the same time, the on-site 6S management must be improved at the same time.

The construction period is tight and the tasks are heavy. All departments are working together to make progress together!
