If you are a qualified wholesaler in California, the proof of the resale certificate is required for waiving the tax. Please complete the California Resale Certificate Form, attach a copy of your valid seller's permit, and fax BOTH forms to 1-909-620-0608. The sales tax will be refund after the proof is verified.
