Order Confirmation:
We will send a confirmation E-mail to the E-mail address provided within 30 minutes
of submitting your order. If not received within 24 hours, please contact Customer
Service. A shipping confirmation E-mail will be mailed at the time of shipment
with your carrier tracking number.
Credit Card Payment: We accept Visa, Diners Club, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at the time
of shipment. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payments must be made in US
Dollars.
Shipping: Shipments are made via United Parcel Service and
FedEx. Please include a valid shipping address, as we cannot ship to a P.O.
Box. Allow up to 5-7 business days for ground service.
Sales Tax: Shipments made to California
State addresses are taxable at the rate of 8.25% of total sales, unless a valid
tax-exempt number and certificate is supplied.
